- Product feedback platform—an internal tool I built solo for Support and Product—taming the chaos from first report → product planning → shipped release, wired into JIRA, Zendesk and Slack, AI at a few key points, plus an MCP server.
- AI-first form builder—a full-stack prototype for designing study forms, demoed to customers
- Report assistant—plain-language questions in, report queries out
